SUMMARY
The purpose of this research study is to investigate the acceptability, feasibility, and effectiveness of exercise therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in improving fatigue levels and breast cancer treatment adherence in breast cancer patients.

Participation Requirements
Sex: Female
Minimum Age: 21
Healthy Volunteers: f

• Female
• ≥21 years of age
• Stage I-III hormone receptor (HR)-positive breast cancer regardless of HER2 status
• Completed surgery
• Completed adjuvant chemotherapy, if indicated
• Receiving adjuvant endocrine therapy, with or without CDK4/6 inhibitors
• Reported fatigue (One-item fatigue scale score ≥ 4).
• Ability to read and communicate in English or Mandarin.
• Willing to provide informed consent for the study participation.
